Refund policy

Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within a short time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to our fast processing system, orders are often processed shortly after being placed.

We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped. Refunds are only issued if the product is returned to us in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Email: support@mironaco.com and send the image of your order, product, package and reason of your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will only be charged for return shipping costs (non-refundable); no restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout. By placing an order, you agree to our refund and cancellation policy.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
