How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing time is calculated from the moment the order is successfully placed. Normally, orders will be processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During this time, we will confirm the order, prepare the items, and hand them over to the shipping carrier for delivery as soon as possible.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will proactively notify you so you can track your order easily.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to customers worldwide. The standard international shipping time is typically 12–16 days, depending on the destination and customs processing. If you need your order delivered faster, you can choose our express shipping option, which usually takes 7–10 days. The express shipping service can be added to your order for an additional $25
What is your return policy?
We are committed to providing authentic, quality watches and a worry-free shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. Return & Exchange Period
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Requests after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Products must meet all requirements below:
- Product must be in 100% new condition, unused.
- No scratches, dents, water damage, drops, or signs of external impact.
- Must include original box, warranty card, tags, and all accessories.
- Valid invoice or order information is required.
3. Eligible Cases for Exchange
- Manufacturer defects or technical issues.
- Wrong model or color delivered compared to the order.
4. Refund Cases
- Replacement product is unavailable.
- Manufacturer defect but customer does not want a replacement.
- Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on payment method.
5. Return Shipping Cost
- If due to manufacturer defect or seller mistake: We cover 100% shipping cost.
- If due to personal preference (change of mind, change of model, etc.): Customer pays shipping cost.
6. Notes
- Returns/exchanges are not applicable for products that have been resized or customized upon request (except for manufacturer defects).
- Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
